We are proud to announce that the Reality Defender team has been selected to participate in the 2024 global AWS Generative AI Accelerator cohort. 

This exciting initiative from AWS Startups aims to foster the next generation of AI pioneers, supporting groundbreaking enterprises in solving the world’s biggest challenges with the power of generative AI. The program selected 80 startups from a field of more than 4,700 applications from 129 countries with an acceptance rate of less than 2%, all chosen by a diverse committee of AWS startup experts and program partners based on the strength of the companies’ ideas, technical readiness, and interview performances.

The program will also provide AWS credits to fuel our development and scaling needs, as well as go-to-market support and business and technical mentorship to support Reality Defender in this crucial stage of our company’s rapid growth. Most importantly, the program provides access to a specialist network, including domain experts from AWS, as well as the program partners — NVIDIA, Meta, and Mistral AI — and venture capital firms investing in generative AI companies.

Together with the rest of the Reality Defender team, I couldn’t be more excited to participate in the AWS Generative AI Accelerator and benefit from the invaluable expertise and resources available to the leading generation of AI startups. It is an honor to share our place on the list with 79 companies shaping the future of our field, and we look forward to working together in harnessing AI responsibly and improving lives globally. 

This crucial opportunity comes at a pivotal time for Reality Defender, as we prepare to unveil a series of new deepfake detection solutions, continue to form key data partnerships with generative AI companies, and expand our team with leading experts. Ultimately, our company’s efforts and progress lead back to the core mission established at our founding: to leverage the power of AI to counter the malicious use of AI, and to deliver the most reliable and robust deepfake detection tools on the market.
